  • Certified Department of Energy Net Zero Ready Home

  • Single stair design (Point Access Block) enables apartments to have windows facing multiple directions.

  • North stairwell location buffers apartments from winter heat loss and enables all apartments to face south for maximum daylight access.

  • Like a Goretex parka, the building is wrapped in a continuous blanket of insulation and breathable layers to ensure each home stays comfortable year round.  

  • Private outdoor spaces extend your living space (patios on the ground floor apartments or balconies on upper floors)  

  • 9’ tall ceilings create spacious interiors

  • Floor to ceiling operable doors and windows broadcast daylight throughout the interior and reveal expansive views. Windows are Enerlux's double pane, argon filled windows that approximate the performance of many triple pane counterparts while enabling a high level of visibility.

  • This unique block has no alley behind it and is surrounded by yards and gardens.

  • Superior sound separation between neighbors is created by doubling the number of insulated walls than a typical apartment. 

  • Sound dampening flooring over a cementitious base and acoustical mat, with a fully insulated truss cavity, and sound isolation channels separates sound from above and below.
